A Program Built for Real Teaching
Becoming a Pilates instructor is more than memorizing exercises. It requires understanding anatomy, movement patterns, equipment, cueing, modifications, programming, safety, and how to work with different bodies.
Our program is built to help students develop the skills they need to teach with clarity, confidence, and purpose.
Your Education, Your Pace
Students may complete the program through a structured schedule with assigned coursework before each live module.
The material you complete before each training weekend is designed to support what you will learn in class. Students are expected to complete videos, written lectures, quizzes, and homework before each live training so they arrive prepared and ready to apply the material.
