You learn to teach all types of clients, tactical, verbal and visual cueing, modifications for injuries, posture deviations, class planning for flow, prop usage, how to study for test out, and even some advanced contemporary moves. By the time you complete this program and pass the exams, you will be ready to start your Pilates teaching career, and you will gain confidence in your teaching & make lifelong friendships! What is required for a Cadillac or Chair Pilates Certificate?

All Modules to be completed

Pilates Anatomy (prerequisite) , 2 Cadillac Modules 2 Chair Modules

20 hrs Taking Pilates Classes

20 Taking Class hours (per apparatus) - 10 at selected studio (during the program)

**Subject to review based on contracted studio

30 Student Teaching Hours

30 Hours of practice teaching classes (per apparatus) 5 with your peers, 5 with new clients required, these can be done at the studio during off-session times for free.

Testing with an 80% Pass Rate

Written 100-question online & in-person test, Practical & Spot test.

**Fee applies to retest if pass rate not met.

20 Observation Hours

20 Hours watching classes (per apparatus).
